I don't think CC has any issue with regular contributors advertising stuff on the board, Rich. His beef was about people who join the board with the sole intention of flogging kit and who contribute nothing to the community more generally.
I know Mark, I was just teasing. Always good to rile the Carper - havent heard from him in a while, am beginning to think maybe the Boxster boys had carried out a contract hit on him or something .

I'm sure thats not allowed. They'd have to have them recycled or whatever they call it, they can't be dumped or burnt anymore. Most tyre manufacturers request faulty tyres back for inspection, if just old tyres they usually sell to a recyling company. Enviro friendly and all that.

The Right Honourable Lord Carper of Congleton is off extracting fish from a big pond somewhere (again). Think he said he would be back on Friday or Saturday. I'm sure he'll have a few bon mots for his fans on his return!

Except I'm getting a new set via warranty tomorrow anyway. So, on another note, will I be able to keep my corroded old alloys ? And then sell them .....
