I am searching for info because I will buy a used S2000 or Opel Speedster early next year. I do a lot of autoslalom competitions where a quick steering is essential. A tall 1st gear can also be an advantage in twisty sections.
So if anyone know, please tell me.

1st 40ish
2nd 63ish
3rd 92ish
4th 120ish
5th ???
6th ??? - but rev limiter stops at 153 I think.
In mph.
Will go out in half hour and report back on the steering lock and EDIT here.
Is that about right guys? Who has used 5th and 6th?

Thanks Del!
Anyone else tried their S in slalom or any other competitions?
The ideal 1st gear ratio would be 45 mph.
Steering, turns lock to lock:
ideal: less than 2
good: 2,1 - 2,5
bad: over 2,6
Slalom is just a hobby of mine. This year I managed 3rd overall in the championship in my Citroen Saxo VTS (2,7 turns). Not too bad as I have to run in the class for modified cars, competing against Evo's, Cosworths, tuned Mini's etc.
Most of my driving is done on winding roads here in Norway. A few times a year I go to the Nurburgring for some fantastic driving.
I have never driven a S2000, but I believe it's a good car with fast steering, reactive chassis and a storming engine.
I hope the quality of the car is as good as Honda motorbikes. I've owned 8 and never had a problem. Currently I own a VFR 800.

2.6 lock to lock on 04, couldn't find figures on '03 model but the turning circle is 5.4m kerb to kerb if that helps. (IIRC the 03 steering is sharper/ fewer turns lock to lock)
Speed in gears:
Use this guys calculator : Reverand's Garage
The instructions are on the site, but check the max rpm. The default puts it at 8900 rpm and I think fuel cut off is 9200 ?? Also the figures are for 03 models and earlier not 04
