Surely the highest VED only applies to cars registered after 23rd of March 2006 ??

I don't see why it's reasonable for us to have this guy forced on us just because Blair has finally decided to go, the right time to have a General election is when Blair steps down and we can vote again.

As for the car tax <shrug> I love my S enough to pay an extra 200 quid a year on it.

Well i'll be only taxing the S for the months i drive it and SORNing the months i don't.

Thieving scumbags!!!

I can't believe a 2.0l engined car can be classed as a gas guzzler!!!

How about all these ####ers driving around in 4.0 / 5.0l cars, we get shafted just as much. TBH you might as well go and buy a proper gas guzzler and get your moneys worth.
