Default S2000 recalls

i have just purchased a 2002 52 plate S2000, before the warranty runs out i'd like to make sure any recalls have been dealt with.

does any one know the common recalls for the car?

Have a look in the FAQ here

Having said that, any decent Honda dealer should check your car's history everytime you take it to see them.

By far the most common are corroded alloys (or corroded centre caps on the alloys).

Does your car have a noisy clutch? If so you can et it changed under warranty, but only complain about a noise under deceleration. TSB 054, you will find it when you make a search for noisy Clutch.

Also check the hood, mainly near the top shoulders by your head and passengers head. There is also a 'weak point' near where the soft top touches the rubber stop at the contact between the door pillar. I'll try finding you a picture and post the link.
