Default S2000 fog light

Does anyone know how to convert the UK fog light into a third brake light where when it lights up on the secondary light it's dim but when you push on the break it's brighter thank you Car is in the shop and trying to get it done right

Didn't you ask this a few weeks ago? You need a dual filament lamp. I recommend getting another brake light lamp and lamp holder, and installing in the fog light housing.

What you wrote is a little unclear.

Do you want it on like a normal tail light until you press on the brake, where it then becomes brighter just like a USDM tail light...or do you want it to only light up when you press the brake but the harder you press it the brighter it gets?

It's not a simple job is the long and short of it...I speak from experience having converted USDM tail light wiring to comply with UK regulations which require a separate turn signal.
