Interesting. I know the exact dealer you are talking about with the Blue and white striped S2K. Because I just bought a Black 05 plate from them. 9K miles. Took possesion yesterday.
And I had the stripes added, although in Silver. Gotta say, LOVE the look. I've wanted an S2000 for some years now, largely for the engine and driving experience. I have never thought it the best looking sports car out there. The addition of the stripes just gives it a little something IMHO.
Very happy with it! Also loving the car in general (one day into ownership!)

As thestoat says I've used Neil at sales@racegraphics.net. Think the web site is www.racegraphics.net.
Got the viper stripes off ebay, but used Neil when we wanted something a bit more 'interesting'
He's really helpfull and if you provide graphics he can cut whatever you want.
