There are so many things wrong with the look of this car.
It looks so aftermarket - and the wheels look like Evos from a distance.
It's not nice IMO.
And the lack of a manual hood is ridiculous, it means there's no point in commenting further, because it won't be coming over here anyway.

Something similar is rumoured to appear in Japan, so it's not impossible that ones could be obtained here.

American shit.
We won't see it over here, and if we do it will sell literally a couple.
It looks horrid. People will laugh at you in the street because they will think you are a chav and that you have actually stuck those spoilers on yourself. Looking at the wheels they've got on and even with that chin spoiler that makes it look like David Coulthard, I still reckon you could drive a JCB under it comfortably.
They have not commented at all on what weight reduction has taken place, apart from removing the roof and mechanism. I can only assume that's all they've done. With the spoilers and strengthening beams added on, I reckon it weighs the same.
The S2000 chassis was stiff enough, almost too stiff on certain roads for me, where it would cock a front wheel and make a mess of some corners.
So in summary:

So in summary:
- They've made it stiffer (which it didn't need)
- given it a hard top (that we don't want)
- have made ithe car and anyone who drives it look utterly gormless
- haven't touched the brakes at all, not even giving us pretty calipers like the 4 year old DC5 ITR
- haven't made it any faster
- haven't even switched the ratio's to make it at least accelerate a bit quicker
- haven't bothered putting a sportier sounding or lighter exhaust on
- given us an engine with 3 bhp and 1200rpm less
- have the cheek to call what is essentially a dealer "special edition" a racecar for the road

NO headlamp washers, it's got the revised dash (a single arc)
Hopefully the fake tonneau cover will be removable.
On closer inspection, the wheels COULD be lightweight.
Interesting on the 215/255 front rear tyre width split. However they should fit OEM 17"'s. Don't know what they'd do to the handling. Maybe they should have gone for R888 style tyres.
And finally: I note it isn't called the Type R. Is this Honda's admission that Type R's are no longer the strong brand that they were?

IS IT better damper valving?
Or just the Japanese Modulo kit that's been available for years?
Fine for the track, U/S on UK roads.
