"No ID" - does that mean no V5? And would that mean any buyer could potentially be handling stolen goods?!?

If the car was in great shape, it could easily worth 12K, does it mean it has 8K damage ?
Electric problems would cost less then 8K to fix. And if he really wanted he could have easily gone to a breaker and ask for more then 4K
anyone local can go and verify this ?

crook.. i checked the reg, it checks out as an S.
