Floppy

Been offered it via a note on my windscreen when parked up outside Homebase the other day but I'm a bit of a sceptic as to how legitimate it is when it comes to strange notes left on my windscreen!

I was just wondering whether anyone on the forum knows the plate as the guy has said he's had it on his car for 4yrs until the car was recently stolen and written off.
