Default The S surprised me today......

Had a little play earlier with a f430, from a standing start, just wanted to hear it as it launched and left me for dead.

As we took off, the 430 spun up hit the limiter in 1st before hitting second and getting some grip, and the little S bit the tarmac fairly well, 9k revs, then into 2nd, same again into 3rd then slotted 4th, and after all this the 430 was about 4-5 car lengths in front, was surprised as i was expecting a much larger gap than that.

Now im guessing all the computer were switched on and it wasnt as quick as it should be, though the ferrari sounded awesome

Now i know the S isnt the fastest thing on the road, but they do go soooo well.

Sorry for my little story.

Has anyone else been a little shocked with the S???????

(all done under a controlled situation on private property )

My S surprised me today, TVR Griffith wanted to play, and I left him for dust; so much so he pulled up next to my convoyee with a big grin, shrugged and nodded in appreciation.
