Do differnt wheels have different offsets?

Does anyone know what offset these 18" wheels should be?

http://rimstyle.com/products/detail/?categ...B1880805BLA4710

I just rang them and they said they work with team dynamics so if there is a particular offset you want them can be made up for you. He said that they could find out what offset i will need but i think people will know better on here to help me. Also do i need different widths for front and rear even if the offsets are correct? Thanx
