Default Rumbling from the rear

Hmm?...

I seem to be getting a rumbling from the rear when accelerating, its only when I put my foot down and is very slight. I did the obvious and checked tyre pressure and its still there.

After reading the forum to some degree, am not wanting to pay Honda

Theyshouldnt charge you anything to have a look really - mine dont when ive had the odd noise here and there!

Lost a balance weight?

Wheel bearing is likely too.

I got some new 04's that will have some tyres soon, so will see if that changes anything regarding the weights scenario.

I had a bearing go once on a previous car but it made more of a constant 'wurring' sound rather then a rumble under acceleratiion.

Sounds like you have one of those rarer nicer dealers rather then the money hungry monsters around sussex.

Have you lef the car in one place for a while? Although the pressures are ok, the tyres could be flat spotted. If tyres a due a change, may as well do this now to elminate, or not, my idea?

It's probably propshaft/FD related.

Some cars do suffer from driveline vibration as the miles go on.
