When entering a car park I use the same methodology as when entering the mens and choosing which urinal.......
As far away from everyone else as possible providing there is no broken glass or piss on the floor

car parks stay away from anything with 4 doors and signs of children as its usually the little darlings that fling open the back doors to get out who do the damage

Living in Bath means on street parking, I always park with the front wheels turned out and leave the mirrors out too. This seems to extend the tyres beyond the body work and gives more protection.
