Had my car serviced and MOT'd (just coming upto 3 years) at Drake & Fletcher Honda Tunbridge Wells.

Asked them to look at the rubbing on the roof by the frame above the driver's shoulder and passenger's shoudler.

There was hardly any rubbing (dont get much top down action as travel lots.......)

Got call today - new roof and frame arrived, when can I come in to have it done!

Didn't expect it too be this easy to claim.

This may help others in the same/similar situation (ie Honda in Tunbridge Wells got the warranty guy to approve.....) but also is there anything I should watch out for when they do it - heard stuff about the hoops being broken etc.

Good result on the warranty claim. I remember reading another post when the owner also had a roof replaced but in the process had his car scratched. Might be worth taking a few pics before and also having a walk around with a member of staff with one of those Hire Car damage forms so as you have a record of any previous dings.
