I have a frame and a the canvas with a glass screen that I will be putting on ebay shortly. The canvas has a couple of small tears on the edge that I am going to get repaired. Once it is fitted you will not see these. They happened when a breaker took it off.
To cut a long story short mine was in to have this fitted when the dealer noticed the tears. I could not hang around so got him to get a new canvas using my insurance. The insurance company paid 1800 to source and fit the parts.
If somebody wants to make me a decent offer they can have it. Let me know if you are interested. A dealer will charge you about 300-400 to fit.

Shipley,
Yes, Brighton Honda are on the Holmbush roundabout near Tescos.
I've found them very good. They know that I work at a local Automotive Consultancy so they don't try to me.
The don't have an extensive history as a Honda dealer, up until a few years ago they were a volvo dealership. I used them originally with a gen4 jap import 'lude and they were great. I called John Cooper Honda in worthing first and they couldn't have cared less, or been more rude, so BH it was. Some places don't realise that if you're nice to someone when they're not loaded, chances are they'll come back when they've got more money to spend.
I've always found it really difficult to trust main dealers, and although I remain skeptical these guys are doing enough to keep me happy and even to make recommendations.
I'd be interested to hear if you have the positive experience I have.

From memory Steven M has done this
I got a roof and frame from a breaker for 500pounds. I got my dealer to install it for just over 400pounds.
It is slightly less work if the roof already comes attached to the frame but my dealer had a few alignment problems with it .... otherwise it would have cost around 350 to install.
The 02 roof will fit on an 00/01 frame but you need to add some 'elastic bands' to get the frame to fold correctly (the 02 frame has springs).
I think I sold my old roof for 150pounds.
One of the best mods I ever made.
