roof starting to frey
Howdy,
Was wondering if anyone has any tips on protecting my roof? Its started to fray on the top layer, drivers side above the front two "bars". Inside it'ts OK but obviously don't want it to get worse and the roof is going up and down a lot in this weather! (Car is used every day)
Is there anything I can do?
Thanks

Its over the front most 2 bars, not the shoulders which are the rear bit before it slopes down? And yes on the top/outside of the material.

I now what you mean - but its not something I've seen mentioned before. On my roof, the roof is smoother (more shiney) over these bars but not frayed. Sorry, cant help!

Frey - (Norse mythology) god of earth's fertility and peace and prosperity; son of Njorth and brother of Freya; originally of the Vanir; later with the Aesir.
It's probably been ravaged by ultra violet light, asuming it's not mohaih Aerospace 303 is the best thing to stop the rot, it's used on aircraft to block UV.
