Heff, mate. Wanna swap? Same jobs.
Coincidently I'm off to a "seminar/conference" tonight looking at the possibilities of emigrating to the USA or Canada. I'm hoping for the Carolinas, plus I've got relatives in Virginia.
I can't take much more of this craphole of a country. (is craphole one word? )
Mind you... The grass is always greener.

This is so true. The illegal immigrant who had been sentenced to a ridiculously low 2 years imprisonment for killing a small child in a hit and run has just had their sentence reduced to 18 months (be out in 9) after another court ruled that the previous judge was not allowed to issue a sentence that high for the crime commited. F****ing scandalous.

110%

I'd vote for it.

Plus... did you hear the shadow "wasters" are talking about upping the speed limit on motorways to 80mph?

I've been thinking about getting a camera mount and a remote start button for my camcorder for occasions just like this. Build up a collection of arseho.... sorry ... foolish drivers and send it in to DVLA testing board.
Just for a laugh, coz nothing will come of it.

I don't know why some enterprising manufacturer hasn't done this already.

You can buy mini-video cameras for under

You mean one of their voters! That's why the govt won't do anything.

Why don't the police just drop their speed traps for one day, and hang around the school at opening/closing time and they'd have a field day.

Although England isn't my first pick, a work visa would be a huge first step... unfortunately, I just have no idea how to go about it.
Probably.
Might be lucky though... They live out in the middle of nowhere, on Smith Mountain Lake in Moneta (nr Roanoke) & don't get out much.
Beautiful place though. I got to visit last year. Very . I like VA. (Well the green bits anyway).
I'm in the same situation. Getting the work visa will be the tough part.

Sorry to hijack your rant Chris.
Yes... All 4x4 drivers are useless. Apart from when I'm driving the CRV of course. Then it's those little 2 seaters that keep getting under my feet.
