DeBurr fitted mine on friday left the top heat sheild off so i can see the manifold, took him just over an hour to remove and fit, on his driveway. top bloke.

how does plus gas differ from WD40?

Lee - sounds like good value the Ricks - it's a Mugen immitation

Not sure how it differs in its chemical constitution, but it's specifically a dismantling spray rather than just a lubricant / water displacer, and I've always found it to be much better at loosening rusted / seized nuts, bolts etc.
As mentioned by PnC its best to to spray on a few hours earlier to allow it to penetrate & do its stuff
