Where are you getting the prices? Honda won't sell you bushes, as mentioned in the Suspension bush FAQ.

If you go Powerflex/Mugen/Spoon you need to do everything - upper and lower arms.

And ive got access to a 10 tonne press to get the new bush's in, and when i get back the old bush's out.

Im just tryign to confirm that im ordering the right bush's and these are the bush's i need to change.

Better safe than sorry.

If you are changing to poly bushes then you need to change *all* of the bushes, front and back upper and lower.

IIRC that would be 16 bushes (excluding the compliance bush).

This is a hell of a lot of work.

I thought you were going to CG for 3 days?

I think they are the correct ones. But are you going to be able to get them off?

What are you trying to acheive? If you're just trying to get rid of the seizing issue once and for all, all you really need to do is get the bolts (and sleeves) out and grease them.

After speaking to CG, I was in the understanding that i can either just change the the/camber bush's on the rear's or do the whole lot.

Im still waiting to hear back from them.

If this is right, i can get new control arms ( 20 notes per )

and 6 bushes - 15 per,

And get the new bushes in the new arm, so when it arrives at CG he can demolish the old ones out, and get to work

Rather than them having to get the old arms out in a condition to reuse, fitting the bush's and then putting them back on.

I think they are the correct ones. But are you going to be able to get them off?
I will not be taking anything off my car, they will do that at the shop. Im just getting the new arm's bushes ready.

If you're only doing the rear arms your best bet will be to replace with Honda arms and I would imagine that Chris has second hand arms in stock (he always does), so a swap replacement would be the easiest and cheapest option.

Have you had the rest of your bolts checked for seizures? There may be more problems underneath, in which case a polybush may be a good aolution.

I am getting replacement arm's however getting arm's with good bush's iwas proving a nightmare, hence the polybush. The car has been to 3 alignment centers now, the only bolt they seem to have trouble with is the OSR toe adjust.

The resr sem to be ok.. Stiff.. but ok.
