Nothing wrong with RE050 wet performance.

T1Rs wear like they are going out of fashion.

And internet reviews of tyres on tyre sites? REALLY? How many reviewers do you think are qualified to make any kind of a statement.

YUR the wet performance is amaaaaaaazzzzzing.

Of course it is, when you just replaced your bare ditchfinders with fresh tyres it will be.

Went from T1R to Re050a and noticed no issues with the wet. Maybe it's because I have 225 rear tyres though

i don't tend to go on the user review, i go on all the offical reviews done by Evo, Autocar, autoexpress, auto zietung, AMS and euro tyre tests.

have a look at this page.

http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Continen...t-Contact-3.htm

its the contact 3 tyre; just under the bar chart are the group tyre test results and that particular tyres placing in each test. if you click on the test it will take you direct to that test and give all the feedback, scoring and reviews of each tyre that particiapted.

and on the right hand side is a section marked tyre test and if you click on all tyre tests it lists out every tyre test done since 2007 i think and the results. its pretty comprehensive. and thats the information i go by.

the actual user reviews are ok, but most aren't on similar cars, and driven by a variety of people etc and make for a hearsay review.

does that make the tyrereview website a little more accurate?
