I've just been hit by the old 'corroded disks' line today
Annoyingly car was serviced 2000 miles ago and flew through with no work required, but now has failed MOT on rear brakes.
Now I initially thought I was being played by the fella as the car feels fine and always brakes extremely well as far as I'm concerned but after I pushed him a little and made it clear that I wasn't going to be taken for a fool he explained a little further and I'm now almost convinced...almost.
Anyway...time to upgrade the stopping power I think.
This seems very reasonable to me, but what do you guys think?
I predominantly stick to road driving but I may do the very occasional track day.
I intend to do the fronts to match in another few 1000 miles as those are wearing out.

Which Honda dealer do you go to? - think I might get pads from them as mine is more expensive.

EBC Green stuff are NOT recommended for S2k, they are mainly for cars under 1 tonne weight / small horse power.
go for RED stuff which is for fast road use.
Yellow stuff for track.
Blue stuff for heavy track.
