Foz's car does have the dash IIRC, although the dials/switches are different obviously.
Not sure if he removed it and put it back though, or whether it was like that when he got it.

Looks like the whole thing could be a one peice unit, theres a plug at each side of the dash, where the door closes on to it.
Take these off and there will more than likely be a bolt or nut, and then a few on the top of the dash. Unfortunatly the dash on most cars are put in before the windscreen so its a bit harder to get them out with it in.
