Removing the OEM radio/cd player?
#2
There's quite a few on here.
My top tip for the weather at the moment is to run the car up to temp, blowers on full with max heat and the air set to the roof off position.
That way the centre vents and the radio door assembly gets nice and warm and is easier to remove.

Biggest thing is to make sure that you don't indiscriminately yank the door hinge side-to-side on removal. Potentially the hinge *could* break, but the plug behind it is more like to give - a nice strong pull with a bit of wiggle should do it and there's definitely a "how to" with pics on here.
