Thanks for that, really appreciate it.
I have to speak to my dealer just to confirm exactly what parts are needed before I order, but can't do that until tomorrow as it's a bank holiday.

I have done some googling to see whether there is an alternative US supplier. I note what appear to be US-specific part numbers appearing on different websites. They are:

Rear drop link (or "sway bar link" as the Americans call them) - L1030-150365

Right drop link - L1030-150363

Left drop link ????

I've been giving some thought to buying a plating kit so I can buy replacement bolts from the US and then coat them before installing them in the bushings. I could also coat the drop link threads.

Question: Which is the best but inexpensive plating solution?

Frost plating kits

That was the bolt I had to remove with a hack saw
bloody awkward place to hacksaw (within the box section, in order to release wishbone with remainder of bolt still stuck within bush) reciprocal saw is the way forward

Is the bolts corroding into the captive nuts an issue?

Not on mine. The bolt itself had no sign of corrosion whatsoever - the rear wishbone bolts appeared more vulnerable.

I would strongly advise anyone with a new(ish) S to center punch the position of the adjustable bolts, remove them, clean them up with wet+dry then carefully grease the bolt and the bushing to exclude further corrosion.

Then take advantage of Chris at Centergravity to have the alignment correctly set.
This alignment alone has transformed my car.

I'm glad I did this to mine before the corrosion was advanced enough to stop their removal.

This is the rear bolt from my car that you could not remove from yours.

I think I said it before long ago when this problem first arose.

When you come to building up use "EP2" grease, general purpose or for that matter Copper slip is poor in comparison.
There's no need for plating.
