Red S
#11
Not that I'm a regular poster or anything but I was lucky enough to get the GT100 wheels from Chrisr111.
I've a NFR S and they look fantastic. Might be a biased opinion though.
I'd also I'd have to agree with Juicy Steve that the black look, although nice, are a little common and think that Phil121081 and Feck_on_a_stick have good choices. I was thinking about spraying my original 02 wheel bronze but chose Charcoal Anthracite. Nice colour but I really like the GT100 wheels colour when it first came out. I still think Bronze looks good on a red car.
I've got a picture of my car with the Charcoal Anthracite wheels on but not the GT100 wheels yet.
Not sure if you can view the image. Haven't really posted images before.
I'll see if I can get a pic of my car this weekend so you can see the colour of the GT100 wheels against NFR

Bronze, definitely bronze. Plenty of options to look at here:

With its (thankfully) minimum of silver/chrome exterior jewelry, 4 big silver circles are in isolation and have no visual tonal link.
Matt black wheels provide a co=ordinated connection with a black, or better still a black/red interrior.
Best of all a GLOSS black also provides a colour co-ordinate and some gloss to literally reflect a nicely polished body.
Consider what the PROFESSIONALS rather than a DIYer might have done.
I'm not convinced that Honda would have ever marketed a red Honda S2000 with red wheels, and worse white wheels, unless for the Essex market only.
Anthracite is perhaps a middle road option, but with no colour link to anything else on the car, and Honda did after all use this on the last models.

Not sure about these,on the S. I have similar on the Impreza and they look good with the mettalic red paint. I think black is looking better that dark silver.

What? Like Honda?
