How many miles can you get out of a set of front tyres. You may have seen my previous post about changing my rears - well my car has done 17,200 miles so when should I change the fronts.
What is the most miles someone here has done on fronts ??

My odometer reads 9,400 miles: my fronts have 65 to 75 % tread left and my rear have 15 to 25 % left. My driving habit is usually low to moderate acceleration, minimal braking except for engine's, and moderate to hard cornering.

Lotusman and Dracoro - pretty impressive numbers ! (in a not enough VTEC kind of way )
One thing I would say is make sure you check the inside tread on your front tyres. Due to the camber setup on the S2000, the insides can wear dramatically more than the outsides, and you have to have it on ramps or full lock to notice.

Near side rear is starting to look decidely low and only done 6500 miles with no track days or spinning round and round in circles.

Yep inside edge of nearside rear approaching illegallity.
Fronts are roughly 50% but I did recently swich 'em side to side due to excessive inner wear. (remember they are directional)
Now at 11000 miles.
Noony
