Default Recommend me some plugs (from ok to oh ohh)

As title I was getting a miss fire and it was not idling as smooth as normal, I've took a plug out this morning ( I have not changed the plugs since owning the car ) and out came a bosch superplus fr6kpp33x+, I don't normally use bosch plugs so what is the recommended plug ( I think this engine was boosted in a previous owners hands)

BKR7EIX, still Iridium, lasted ages and worked well on my car. Cheaper than the PFR.

Yeah, they do read better than the platinum ones don't they? I was trying to figure out why I chose the PFR7G-11S for the last plug change and I'm sure they (PFR7G-11S) were just cheaper at that time. You'll need to gap those ones but they do make a pre-gapped BKR7EIX-11

I dont mind gapping the plugs it just means that will be 100% in spec when they are done rather than just buy and drop some in.

What should they be gapped to in Metric terms ?

the Bosch that came out are gapped at 1.2mm

1.1mm or 0.044" if you like decimal imperial

and to be fair those Bosch look good on paper although no idea how their temp rating works in comparison to NGK - might be a little hot at 6 in their range

Thanks Ben the car has run fine with these plugs since ive had the car in 2014 ive only don just over 5k since then.

i have noticed little bits with the car it has got Toda cams, adjustable cam gears valve springs, there is a funky little box connected to o2 sensor curcuit by the ecu ive also noticed it has a return on the sump so make me think it was boosted by a previous owner and the stuff taken off before i got my hands on it
