Recommend me an amp
I'm looking for a new amp to power my entire system. My current sub amp needs replacing and I've decided to amp up my front comps. So, a 4 channel amp is needed.
I'm running Focal Access 165A1 comps in the front, stock rollbar speakers which can continue to be driven from the HU and a JL 10W0V2 in a custom enclosure that's sunk in to the tool well.
I've been looking at the JBL line of amps, specifically this one: http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/jbl-gto1004.html
What do you think?

Mostly it depends on budget and where you want to mount the amp.
Most people go for something under the passenger seat or in place of the spare tyre or, as I have things, on top of the fuel tank.
If you're happy with it taking up boot space, then that'd be ok I guess. Do have a look on Ebay though, as there are great bargains to be had 2nd hand.
Have a look at the setups thread in the electronics section here: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/473...video-systems/

Alpine PDX amps are very good Class D amps which fit nicely under the passenger seat. Obviously they have all the advantages of class D with high efficiency and less heat and their heat management is excellent. I highly recommend these but they are expensive. Also they are probably not going to be the very best you can get if you are more interested in excellent audio clarity but they are certainly aren't bad.
I would always recommend one of these for S2000.

I've gone with a Hertz HE4 after recommendations on Talkaudio. Not had a chance to install it yet as I was making my new sub box at the weekend. I'll get it rigged up next weekend.

Have a look at inPhase, a Uk company.

I have one in the Subaru and think for the price I paid (< 150) it is excellent.
