Hi Jason.

EDC gets mixed reports on the BM web sites but see how you like the feel. Hope that isn't the frozen grey impossible to polish finish you like?! I quite liked the red if the right spec had come. White - you know my opinion, fashionable but always dirty. Hey maybe that's you

Devil's advocate here but is now the right time for splashing a big wad if the bike's got to go just as summer comes? Time is on your side, maybe wait out until the next contract extension? But keep on test driving.

I am bound to a stone quarry oop Derbyshire this week sometime for a recce, could drop by in the beast for a blast?

Reds are rare at my budget, assume it was introduced later as i dont think i've seen older than 09.

As much as i love the bike i've done under 2k miles in 3 years so it and an M3 is extravagance. Too much rain in this country for bikes imo, its not a financial need but its just not getting used.

Having said that i'm in no rush either, i want the right car (which is proving elusive). Would be great to get a passenger ride in yours Rog, when are you over? I'm in London thursday, maybe friday too. Sytner are trying to find a car atm. That fox red is the terracotta, not what i'm after, shame as they have a nice alpine white but it has that, otherwise ticks the boxes, needs a detail though, bit swirly.

Assume you're in this house now? Sounds like you're using one of my builders given the length of the project!
