Default Rear window folding on soft top

When i fold the roof down the rear window doesnt fold properly, i have to get out of the car and push it in the middle to get the window to bend central, if i dont do this then it doesnt fold by itself. rather annoying,

Has anyone experienced this problem before and are there any cures for it?

Just below boiling water will get rid of it. You have a crease in the plastic .

I had this same issue.

I got really frustrated in that I couldn't lower the roof without having to get out of the car, in order to ensure a perfect Z bend.

My solution was to replace the roof with one from 02+ car.

A bit expensive/extreme I know, but it was something I was planning on doing anyway, this just gave me a kick up the backside

I have to fold mine too, Ive just gotten used to it. If there's a way of stopping the abnormal folding then I'd be pleased to hear of it!!
