Default Rear wheel grinding noise

Think I found the answer to my rear left wheel noise

Appears many people have suffered from the hub nut not being tight enough from the factory, and can cause major

PS - the noise im getting is at slow roll with brakes not on. Worse on a right hander as all the load is shifted to the left wheel.
