Rear Suspension Knocking after Suspension Refresh

Chaps
Hoping someone could shed some light on this annoyance. Since I've just completed a suspension refresh, with some new bushes, all new ball joints, new ARB links, coilovers etc - Im now experiencing a terrible knocking noise on acceleration around 2500rpm. Theres no knocking over bumps, just in certain rev ranges. Around 2500rpm in a high gear, you can replicate the noise every time. Also, when turning a left hand bend, you can hear this noise repeating through the corner and it sounds as if you've got a flat tyre!
So Ive checked them once before, but Im going to re-check the drop links, and Hub Nuts and all suspension bolts etc. Ive not checked the top nut on the Top Mounts just in case they are loose so will check that.
It sounds very 'driveshaft' related based on previous cars, so whats peoples thoughts on the CVs rubbing due to the lower stance, and do the driveshaft spacers remedy this?
Thanks for the help.

how low did you go?
the turn noise might be tyre rubbing

Thanks for the replies - To answer the responses;
- Yes, wheel nuts tight
- Lowered about 30mm I guess, you can still see the top of the tyre, just.
- Heard about the 'bucket swap' - Ive ordered some driveshaft spacers from Tegiwa so hopefully if this is the issue, it may resolve it.
Cheers

if you can only just see the top of the tyre then your too low for standard components to work correctly it'll end up skipping and jumping about like a spring lamb
