Rear screen heater wiring

Rear screen heater wiring
I have a few Qs I hope someone here have answers to. I have a jdm import that came with a rear plastic screen. It had a HT fitted to it later and last week I had the softtop replaced with a new one with glass screen.
1) Does a JDM import comes with a connection to the rear screen heating element by default that is unused in my case?
2) If not, what do I need to get it working? New wire harness, switch, relay etc...?
3) Is it easy to fit?
4) I dont recall nor have I ever looked, is there a connector tucked away somewhere on the HT itself that you use to plug into the wire harness that goes to the switch in the car?
5) Has anybody tinted the softtop rear glass?
TIA.

My HT is already tinted as well as the side windows, so it looks a little odd that the soft top rear screen is clear which is why I want to tint the rear screen also.
