I can remember the zips but I didn't think that you could remove the window with them.

(I can remember I had mine replaced by Honda under warranty and it was a 2 day job. I was told that if I had been paying for it myself it would have been

That's a bargain, in every respect - you did well to keep your hands clean of it!

It's nowhere like the zips on the MX5 roof, which you cold actually remove as and when.

I had my window replaced 18 months ago I got honda to do the job cost about 350 quid including the window but i really should have paid the difference for a glass screen the visability of the rear plasic screen is terrible as they mist up and they can never be cleaned 100%

Not to sure if it is easier to do with the roof off because the rain rail that is rivited to the screen has to be removed.And that means pretty much stripping out the inside of your car and boot trim anyway.
Iv a replacement screen sitting in the garage ready to put in soon when i get time.Not particularly looking forward to it to be honest,but im gonna set aside two days for it.

whatever happened to him i'm not sure, not seen him around for a long time??

I don't think I fancy actually fitting the roof to the frame - I'd screw it up . Especially for the sake of
