Try taking both wheels off cleaning the mating faces on the wheel and the hub flange and put back on. This worked for me after 3 months of dealer being unable to locate the problem. No clue why but I've seen it posted on here before.
My clicking was not completely rythmic but the rate did rise and fall with road speed. Also varied depending on cornering or not.
I was really careful about how I torqued the wheel nuts up as well.
When your car was in did they actually change the nuts and repack the hubs with grease? There is no way to tighten the nut as it's staked, you must fit a new one.
