Moff I don't, sorry. If you open the door and then open the top up about a 1/4 way, you should then be able to see the plastic strip I speak of when standing next to the car with door open. Keep in mind it's not thick or outstanding in anyway but it's the only of it's kind on the framework I recall.
Again I was amazed at how much noise this little "sticker" could make. Might not be the problem for you, but might narrow down possibilities.

I'm thinking of getting them to order me some of the greases recommended in that bulettin and doing it myself 
, apart from the bit with the roof catches (which only occasionally rattle), mine is more of a creaking/clicking sound..
