Default Rattle from rear left over bumps - what part is this?

Can any of you knowledgable people help me?

Have a rattle from the rear left when going over slightly rough road. No noise from a proper bump, speed hump etc - just a rattle when it's uneven....
Jacked up the rear, and the only thing which isn't tight is this part in the picture (there's no equivalent on the back left...).
All nuts are tights (apart from B, which looks like it should locking-off the thread, but is mid-bolt!!), but there a noise when moving the whole assembly, coming from the part labelled A.
Video link showing the noise and movement in A....

Can someone tell me what this is, whether it's likely to be my noise, and whether it's an issue to leave it as-is? From the design, it looks like a sensor to detect ride height, and/or maybe weight in the back - so maybe brake bias front/rear?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

This is your hid level adjuster

As the car loads up it dips the beam to prevent dazzle

Just measure it and get one off eBay

Just measure it. You can buy a universal replacement

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/255693411...mis&media=COPY

I did it years ago, been fine ever since and they cost peanuts relative to honda

Thanks for the link.
From what I can feel, it's the sensor itself that is rattling - the adjuster is really solid (so solid I doubt it'd move easily if I put a spanner on it!)
In the video linked, you can see that it's the axel moving in the sensor that's making the noise.....

bugger. that part is pricey, you could remove the rod and replace for MOT
