Default Rattle or knock....unsure

Hello everyone, I have a 2002 s2000. Has anyone experienced a rattley knocky kind of noise between coming off the clutch and going onto the throttle between gear changes? I also get this more noticebly when reversing at slow speeds where I'm controlling the clutch and throttle simualtanously. Somwtimes it can be felt through the clutch pedal. When driving, the car seems fine and smooth, any help would be great as I'm a little worried. Thanks.

Baz

Anything in the bottom of the bell housing that's broken off the clutch, also may be a broken spring.
Remove slave and a magnet on a wire ect.
inspect clutch fork also for fitment wear ect

Thanks for the reply, I'll have a look when I can, hopefully over the weekend, I'm not sure it' even clutch related but I can feel it through the pedal, I've also noticed that it mainly starts doing it once the car has got hotter. Thanks
