Default Rake and ride heights

About 6 weeks ago I had new Nitron coilovers fitted, had a few teething issues after the initial install but I'm now happy with the ride and handling. I've let things settle and I've been keeping an eye on the ride heights, I'll probably get the heights readjusted in the New Year and might even do the whole corner weighting thing.

I've not gone for a hella-slam but I'm wondering what people have tried in terms of ride heights and rake. I've got all corners at about 34.5cm wheel center to arch, perhaps one front corner is a little lower than the others. I'll get a good measurement this week when it's parked on the flat outside the parents house. Certainly looks like the rear is now sitting lower relative to the fronts than it ever previously was.

When setting up cars I've always gone with a 10% positive rake, so basically the front 10% lower than the rear.

I have set mine nose down now too with coilovers I'll try and get measurements for you next time it's flat and a tape measure is about. Pics?

I've always had mine set nose down. I think it looks much better that way if nothing else.

I ran 2deg of fwd rake for a fair time.
And then changed it to level.

Level was better on track with a bigger front bar.
Rake fwd looks nice but tends to loosen the rear on entry unless you bang the hammer down

Corner weight it and what will be will be.

Mine was basically flat when corner weighted IIRC.
