protection for your rubber seals
I just got some of this for the seals around the windows
son of a gun
It is great for rubber or plastic, it protects from the sun and leaves seals very supple and feeling greasy but without getting grease on you. Great for around the windows where white grease is not appropriate. you can use it on your dash, very impressed definatly worth a try for only

of course i use white grease (shin etsu grease)
but it can leave a bit of a mess on windows, hands, clothes on the window seals. The grease protects but if seals are already brittle it does not help to much, and there is no uv filter. I am saying this is great to use as well as silicone grease
as m1bjr says it is only silicone grease, to keep seals supple, Its no specialist product, no uv filters, it just helps to stop the rubber drying out..
Try son of a gun you may be suprised

I have tried several silicon grease manufactures and I keep coming back to Shin's product; it absorbs more quickly, easier to apply and leave behind less residue. One compound left behind a metallic residue another a greasy shine.
Shepp you may well be on to something there but I would check on the solvents used in case they perish the rubber over the longer term.
Keep us updated with how you get on.

i use 3M silicon spray which leaves a very thin film to protect the rubber and it works wonderfully!!! Also it brings back the rubber to be more elastic!! if you know what i mean
This contains no oil and everyone in Hong Kong uses them especially in such a hot and humid weather here , i recommended this to everyone
