Progressive Spring Fitting Advice
I am finally having my spoon progressives fitted on Friday after much umming and areing for god knows how long, by a friend of mine who owns a private local garage. I am planning on hanging around to help him out. Can anyone give me:
Any advice or the best way of tackling the job?
Basic procedure in getting them off putting them back on?
Difficulties i may encounter?
Any advice much appreciated. I have a electronic copy of the owners manual which i have printed to help him. Thankfully he has a spring compressor! Many thanks!

I did it on my drive with a jack, spring compressors and a set of spanners.
Took about 2 hours as I was pretty out of it from the night before.
Nothing special to think of. It's just like any other car really, if you are going to a garage they should know how to do it.
