Default Product for plastic rear screen?

I have managed to get almost all of the micro scratching and clouding off my rear screen by working Meguiars Scratch X in by hand. What I would like to know is what products have people used with success on the plastic screens to aid water run off?

Thanks for your help

I use Meguiars quick detailer on all the glass.. Water just beads off with no smearing... Im sure it will do the same for plastic.. I would test a small area first though.

renovo is supposed to be brilliant for rear screens, not sure if this will do what you describe or if they do a product similar.

Joe

I always used Plexus - its for motorcycle helmet plastic visors

Not as good as Rain-X but you can't use that on the plastic screen.

A version of Plexus is used by many airforces for cockpit canopies.
Ask at any flying or gliding club.
It completely restored a 10 year old plastic screen on an MX-5 for me.

The BMW plastic windows cleaner is fantastic! The part number is 81 22 9 407 665 and you can order it from any BMW dealer. As for the roof itself I use the Auto Glym stuff, although it protects, it does not re-colour the roof.
