Popping my head out of the trenches
Just thought I'd say hello to you all as new member on this site and also of the S2000 owners club(Although it doesn't say it yet)
Yes I am one of those rare breeds that read these forums but never actually post anything through fear of reprisals......Yes I work at a Honda dealership.....
Seriously though after reading the dealer satifaction survey I am disapointed that my dealership didn't score better.... however I will make sure that we get better and I'm always open to suggestions on where we improve, (Constructive please) after all the reason that most of us work in this business is that we love cars... yes we are fortunate that we get to drive some lovely brand new vehicles whenever we want but I hope that means that we don't lose sight of the fact that all of you put your hard earned into our cars and therefore deserve the best treatment possible.
As a past member of other clubs I realise the importance of getting involved and I hope to be able to get out there and talk to many of you to see what you want from us.
I look forward to some interesting posts now that my head is above the parapet

Hi
Good to hear that you are concerned and want to do something about it. Scov has been a member here too and has changed southern counties around. I too will be using his dealership from now although it is further out for me. Can you tell us which dealership you work at and what your role there is?

Just out of curiosity Matt, does your dealership not carry out its own customer satisfaction survey? If someone at your dealership had asked S owners about their experiences a lot could have been learnt I am sure. Anyway good to know that you are now aware of members here and although I have never used your dealership I am sure more and more of us around your area will use this dealership as things improve.
