You could get a bloody bus through that gap [seriously].

PS. Do you still drive without crossing your hands on the steering wheel? .

I was picking a mate up the other morning (nd no Zero not picking him up in 'that' way) and as I approach his drive down a lane which is about 1 & 1/2 cars wide there's a pigging BMW parked practically in the middle of the road.

As I creep round in the Clio (the S would never have made it) the woman in the Beemer gave me a filthy look and starting mouthing abuse at me.

I pull the car over and walk back to the BMW and ask the "lady" to step out of the car to see my point. After a little debating she steps out with her passenger and says what is my problem. I walk her around to the passenger side of the car and show her the 3 feet gap and the fact of where her car was.

SHE HAD NO IDEA - i.e. no spacial awareness and no concept of what or where she was on the road.

Kelk.....this is women for you....fecking clueless in the main....

Our local 'upper class school' provides much entertainment as the Cayennes, X5s, ML's turn up....driven by clueless Mums who just can't manouver them or place them on the road appropriately

On the subject of Cayennnes I see soooo many around my village now....Porsche must be making shedloads of cash out of these things...

Some people can't park properly even when you give them some white lined boxes - should see our town car parks!

ahem ....not if I was behind the wheel.

If it was as tight as you suggest you'd have a silver stripe down one side and a red one down the other.
