I conclusion I would say Pirellis are sh1t I would get rid of them ASAP but you might have a hard time finding the stock tires.

My god don't have P6000's on an S. I had them on my Fiesta Zetec-S and the slightest bit of wet and they were like driving on ice. I dread to think what they'd be like on an S.

The P6000s I had on one my previous cars were one of the best wet weather tyres I've had.
It really is dependant on the car.
No idea what the P6000s are like on the S2000, but they're not high end performance tyres so I wouldn't put them on a car like the S. They are designed for mediocre performance and general use.
