Passenger window won't go down

Passenger window won't go down
Ok this has been bugging me for months now and I really need to get it sorted.
No matter what button I use, passenger side, driver side or roof button it doesn't work, so I investigated further.
I bought a 2nd hand window regulator, and as soon as I plug the passenger switch into the socket the window motor goes up, it seems to be getting constant power, i think this is why the old regulator does not work i think the constant power has burnt the motor out, if I unplug the passenger switch from the regulator I can send the motor down with the drivers side switch but not up? above the passenger footwell in the dash there is a clicking noise so I am guessing there is some sort of relay unit in there?
I dropped it onto my local mechanic and he had a look around and couldn't figure out any more than what I can apart from there needs to be some master control box somewhere that could be screwed?? Local Honda want £80+VAT per hour to even start to look at it.
Inside the doors there is some dynamat so someone has been into the doors before, Anyone get any ideas on what I can even look at? Or does anyone know where I might find some wiring diagrams?
any help appreciated
....oh an its not the driver lock off button before anyone asks

Thanks ill have a look,
Been reading up a bit more and other people that have had a similar issue say its linked to the soft top module, my soft top still works all ok, and the module is actually where i said the clicking noise was coming from?

Just found this for you in my service manual.
NOTE: The drivers switch is combined with the control unit so you cannot isolate the switch to test it. Instead, run the master switch input test procedures (see step 5 on page 22-126)
Also has a wiring diagram on page 22-123 and a step by step procedure to find the problem.
A quick search on google/filestube etc for s2000 service manual should find you a pdf copy.

Worked fine until...
Changed front speakers, but I don't think it is related...
Drivers window ok. Both passenger switches click relay to try and go down (but its already stuck down of course) but both do nothing to get passenger window up. Volts at motor read ok down, but do not reverse so would suggest other problem.. Roof operates ok..
I read somewhere perhaps roof module?? Confused..
