Default Part number help needed

Can anyone tell me the part number(s) for the flat-topped, cross head screws, that hold the metal plate with the rubber seal attached at the leading edge of the bonnet/engine bay, and the plastic washers?

I've tried the Lings website but couldn't find them.

Any help gratefully accepted.......

Another Honda parts bargain. Call me tight if you will, but I think I'll improvise with some non-Honda fixings, rather than pay £6 each for a tuppenny fixing.

Thanks anyway gents.
