Guys,

Seeing your on the topic of paint colours help me out here.

I've got a N.Blue car and was wondering what the best colour to do the callipers would be.

Any ideas or opinions as to colours ?

Most definitely black - although some might suggest pink

I reckon silver would be better.

I knew this would happen. On this board, we take the out of all those Nova and Corsa owning Chavs and their scoops, intakes spoilers etc., but eventually the disease insidiously spreads and starts to infect respectable S owners. The other night I found myself contemplating which colour to paint my calipers. I tell you its only a matter of time before I fit UV under-sill lights ...

hey, I have painted my caliperas red, and it looks fantastic, especially when the roof is down and you can see the red matching interior.

I do like the wheels on Ade's car, is it lowered?? Also seend those wheels match the S2k really well.

I'd also say silver as this was the colour they started out at. Not sure about red or black or any other colour.

But I'd recomend taking the wheels off first !
My car is just over a week old, and the day I picked her up the calipers were already stained and mucky !

Rahula, where did you get the decals from, I think I might do mine black (Moonrock car), but white decals would look

I did mine gold on my '00 Silverstone ...a bit more subtle than boy racer red!

Hi Jo

This page will link you to all the info:

http://www.rsharma.co.uk/caliper.htm

I did initally buy both white decals and metalic red ones as I was unsure to paint them red or silver. If I had gone with silver the red decals would have looked awesome. I sold the red ones to another member here.

Mine went rusty on my 02.
Replaced by Honda after a battle.
