Default painting brake calipers?

I know next to nothing about cars and I am not a big car modifying fan but I seen a few pics of s2000's with yellow brake calipers and I'd like to do it to mine

is it easy to do do I just take wheels off and paint them or can I just take it to someone to do ?

Funny you should say this - I'm exactly the same - don't do modding, but I was thinking yesterday how good red calipers would look with my Silverstone/Full Red 'S'.

Any help would be appreciated guys!

I'm also not into modifying my cars in any way but when I bought my S off jerrytlr on here I couldn't resist cleaning up the calipers and doing them silver........

Poor quality phone pic but gives an idea:

Really tidies the car appearance up

Looks sweet.

Forgive me if I'm being if I'm being stupid - how did you get the Honda "H" on there? Is is already embossed on the caliper, or have you stuck it on?

I've used Savage caliper paint from Motormania.

Make sure you clean your calipers well before you paint.

It's a sticker, I had the same on my previous ATR and one of the guys from the ATR site gave me a sheet of freebies

Silver looks rather nice IMO on a BB S:

Actually, the silver does work. Mine have oxidised to grey but are in tidy condition thanks to the Kaercher.

Might consider doing the Prelude's at some stage. they're a bit rusty.

I have to say that the Honda calipers painted red look crap. The surface is too rough. End up looking like a max chav Nova.

Had red's on my first S when I bought it, they look really dirty quickly.
Second S was stock and they went rusty
Third S I have done them satin black with exhaust paint.

IMHO the calipers on the S are tooo small to draw attention to by painting them a loud colour
