Old classic with a new twist.. Headlight condensation
5 weeks ago in noticed my Passagner side headlight had fogged badly, i contacted the local dealers and confirmed that a replacement would be covered under warrnety which it was.
Car went in last week on monday didnt get it back untill wednesday due the fact the dealer found that the headlight adjuster was broken also due to 'damp' we guess.
Anyway got car back and all sorted.
Saturday morning guess what... the nice new unit has condensation in it!!
The dealer are going to swap it for ANOTHER new one but why the hell could this be happening? within 3 day on a new unit! is it just bad luck?

Can happen if:
1/ replacement headlight is faulty
2/ the fitter hasnt fitted the rubber boot on the back correctly allowing moisture in.
3/ some times you find a new head light will do that when fitted in winter time, it does it once then never again.
